What kind of support do you offer?

I offer integrative, whole-person support for people navigating fertility and hormonal health. My work bridges conventional medical care with lived experience, nervous system awareness, nutrition, and root-level exploration.

I don’t replace your medical team. I help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, understand how different factors are connected, and feel more supported and involved in your own process.

Do you work alongside doctors and fertility clinics?

Accepted Answer

Yes. My work is meant to complement—not compete with—medical care.
Many clients come to me while actively working with fertility specialists, OBs, REIs, or other licensed practitioners. I help bridge the gap between appointments by offering context, space to process information, and support around decision-making.

Question 3

Do you guarantee pregnancy or specific outcomes?

Accepted Answer

No. I don’t believe in making guarantees, especially in an area as personal and complex as fertility. Every body is different, and outcomes can never be promised.

What I do support is helping you feel more informed, grounded, and confident in how you’re caring for your body—regardless of where you are in the process.

Who is this work best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This work is best suited for people who:
 • Feel overwhelmed or emotionally depleted by the fertility process
 • Are open to integrative and non-conventional perspectives
 • Want to understand root factors rather than chase quick fixes
 • Value being listened to and included in their own care

You don’t need to be at a specific stage (pre-IVF, post-loss, between cycles). The common thread is feeling stuck, confused, or unsupported—and wanting a different kind of guidance.

What if I’ve already tried everything?

This is a very common place to arrive.

Often, “trying everything” means focusing on individual pieces without having space to look at the full picture. Our work isn’t about doing more—it’s about understanding what has been stacking over time and what your body has been responding to.

Many clients come to this work feeling exhausted. That’s not a problem—it’s usually a starting point.

Is this coaching, nutrition counseling, or therapy?

It’s best described as integrative mentorship and guidance.

I draw from my training in nutrition and hormones, lived experience with fertility and loss, and a whole-person lens that includes emotional and nervous system support.

This work is not therapy, and it’s not medical treatment. If deeper therapeutic or medical support is needed, I encourage working with licensed professionals alongside this work.

Question 7

I’m afraid of being judged or told I’m doing something wrong. Is that what this is?

Accepted Answer

No. This space is intentionally non-shaming and non-urgent. Most people who arrive here have already been trying very hard.

The work is not about blame or fixing—it’s about understanding, context, and creating conditions where your body can respond more supportively.

How is your approach different from other fertility coaches?

My approach is slower, more integrative, and deeply individualized.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all protocols, supplement stacks, or copying what worked for someone else. I also don’t believe that more information automatically leads to better outcomes.

Instead, the focus is on helping you see the full picture, rebuild trust in your own body, and participate in your care in a way that feels grounded rather than frantic.

What does working together usually look like?

The structure depends on your needs, but sessions typically include:
 • Space to process what you’ve been told or are navigating
 • Connecting symptoms, history, and patterns
 • Identifying what feels supportive versus overwhelming
 • Helping you ask better questions and make informed decisions

There’s no rushing and no pressure to move faster than your system can handle.

How do I know if this is the right next step for me?

You don’t need to be certain or have everything figured out. You just need to feel open to slowing down, looking at the bigger picture, and receiving support in a way that feels steady.
