Frequently Asked Questions
Support
I provide integrative, whole-person support tailored to your fertility and hormonal health journey. Think of it as a bridge between conventional medical care and real-life experience. Together, we’ll explore how everything connects—your symptoms, history, and patterns—so you feel empowered and supported every step of the way. While I don’t replace your medical team, I’m here to help you make sense of it all and feel more in control.
Absolutely! My work is designed to complement—not replace—your medical care. Many of my clients are already working with fertility specialists, OBs, or other licensed practitioners. I’m here to bridge the gap between appointments, offering you context, a safe space to process information, and support in making decisions that feel right for you.
No. I don’t believe in making guarantees, especially in an area as personal and complex as fertility. Every body is different, and outcomes can never be promised.
What I do support is helping you feel more informed, grounded, and confident in how you’re caring for your body—regardless of where you are in the process.
This work is perfect for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained by the fertility process. It’s for those who are open to integrative, non-conventional perspectives and want to dig into the root causes rather than chasing quick fixes. If you value being truly heard and included in your care, this might be just what you need. No matter where you are in your journey—pre-IVF, post-loss, or between cycles—if you’re feeling stuck or unsupported, I’m here to help.
This is a very common place to arrive.
Often, “trying everything” means focusing on individual pieces without having space to look at the full picture. Our work isn’t about doing more—it’s about understanding what has been stacking over time and what your body has been responding to.
Many clients come to this work feeling exhausted. That’s not a problem—it’s usually a starting point.
It’s best described as integrative mentorship and guidance.
I draw from my training in nutrition and hormones, lived experience with fertility and loss, and a whole-person lens that includes emotional and nervous system support.
This work is not therapy, and it’s not medical treatment. If deeper therapeutic or medical support is needed, I encourage working with licensed professionals alongside this work.
My approach is all about slowing down, taking a deeply personalized path, and focusing on what truly matters to you. Forget one-size-fits-all solutions or overwhelming supplement lists. Instead, we’ll work together to see the bigger picture, rebuild trust in your body, and create a care plan that feels steady and supportive—not rushed or chaotic.
Our work together is all about you and your unique needs. Sessions often include space to process what you’re going through, connect the dots between symptoms and patterns, and figure out what truly supports you. I’ll help you ask the right questions and make informed decisions—without any rush or pressure. It’s all about moving at a pace that feels right for you.
